Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations by the client
If cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations due to weather conditions
If the tour cannot take place due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule the tour to another available date.
If it is not possible to find a new date, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
